How long does it take to build a customized doll?

We sent your order and all its specifications of to the factory as soon as we receive your order. Manufacturer then will schedule production of your doll, a process that typically takes about 7-15 days.

Please note that you won’t receive shipping updates during the production process. Once the doll is ready, we'll provide you with shipping details and a tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery on our website.

Shipping is expected to take 5-10 days, depending on your location. For added convenience, we recommend enabling SMS notifications to receive updates during checkout.

What's the fastest way to get a doll?

Choose ready-to-ship dolls for faster delivery. They are delivered within 2-7 days after order is placed.

Can I change my order?

If you need to modify your order, please do so by contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, before production begins.

We'll try our best to accommodate changes after this period based on the situation. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

How long does it take to ship?

Depending on the manufacturers, type of doll (In-Stock vs Custom) , and the countries it ships to, shipping time varies.

What couriers do you use?

For most shipments, we use UPS, Fedex, or DHL. We select best courier for you to ensure the safety delivery depending on the shipment's destination and certain conditions. If you have special requests regarding the shipping, feel free to let us know and we will try our best to accommodate them.

Is shipping discreet?

Absolutely. Customers' privacy is one of our top priorities. We use discreet shipping method for all shipments - which means no one knows what's inside, who it's from, or where it's come from except the sender and recipient.

How much are customs fees?

Customs and taxes are covered by us for shipments to the USA and most of our shipping countries. If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your countries specific regulations.

What will appear in my bank statement?

Protecting your privacy is our top priority. When you purchase from us, there will be no identifying information on your transaction statements. The name “FB-IDOLLRABLE” will appear on your credit card and/or bank statements.

Unable to complete the payment

Here are some common errors customers may encounter during the payment process:

- Daily Purchase Limit: Your bank card may have a daily spending limit, which can lead to purchase failures. If you suspect this limit is the issue, please contact your bank.

After Sales

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your custom doll order. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

- You may cancel a custom doll order within 24 hours of placing it, subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

- After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations for custom orders are not accepted.

- We are unable to provide a 24-hour cancellation window for READY-TO-SHIP dolls. These orders are processed and shipped immediately upon placement, and as such, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Doll arrives damaged / defects are found

We place great importance on product quality. Each order undergoes a detailed inspection, testing, and is photographed prior to shipping to ensure the highest standards.

We encourage you to carefully inspect the product against your order upon receiving. Under rare circumstance, if your shipment arrives damaged or defections are found, please follow the instruction on Our Guarantees page to file a claim.

Please note, we are unable to address complaints or errors once the product has been used.

Actual doll is different from the photo

Occasionally, there may be variations due to factors like manufacturing updates or supplier changes. We strive for accuracy, and any discrepancies are unintended. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing concerns promptly. Please contact our customer support, providing details, and we'll work to ensure your satisfaction.

How to maintain a doll

1. Cleaning: Use a mild, non-abrasive soap or shower gel to wash the doll's body. Gently scrub with your hands or a soft cloth, cleaning all areas, including the intimate parts. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

2. Powdering: Lightly powder the doll's skin with talcum powder after cleaning. This helps to maintain the softness and prevent the skin from becoming sticky.

3. Storage: Store the doll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the doll or folding it in a way that could cause permanent creases or damage.

4.Positioning: Regularly change the doll's positions to prevent prolonged pressure on specific areas, which can lead to deformities. Use pillows or soft sup- ports to maintain a natural body shape when storing or displaying the doll.

5.Clothing: When dressing the doll, avoid clothing made from low-quality fabrics that may transfer dyes or leave stains. fI using tight-fitting clothing, ensure it doesn't restrict the doll's movements or create pressure points.

6. Avoid Harsh Substances: Keep the doll away from sharp objects, oils, solvents, and silicone-based lubricants, as these can damage the doll's skin. Use wa- ter-based lubricants instead.

Can doll take a bath?

We prefer to use the term “clean”. Just like you can’t throw the computer into the bathtub for shower, but you can or should clean it regularly.

To clean a doll properly, it’s essential to know the structure of it. From inside out, the doll is made of metal bones, sponge muscles, and silicone skin. So if you soak the doll in water, the water will seep through the body and get to the metal parts. The metal surface will be rusted by water and oxygen. Even it does not rust, it would have peculiar smell due to long-term accumulation of water.

We suggest you clean the doll by wiping it with talcum powder, base on the storage condition and the oil output of the doll. Again, you can "bath" the doll, but do not use hot water since it produces steam which may deteriorate the material. Just use generic bath liquid, but it is not recommended to use it frequently because the bath liquid is also a kind of chemical product after all.

How to deal with pressure marks?

Most dolls use anti-pressure skin material, the doll's skin is hard to produce the pressure marks. If it does happen, please release the pressure for a while, it will recover by itself. If it isn't recovered for a while, please use a warm wet towel to cover the pressure marks in the area for a while and do it repeatedly, this will help remove the pressure marks.

How to repair damaged skin?

fI you damage the doll's skin, please use our special repair glue to repair it. Due to airline shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship it with the doll. Please buy the glue individually from us fi you need them. fI large area damage is produced, please contact customer service for help.

Can eyes be moved?

The eyeballs can be adjusted. Press down the eye a little with your finger and then you can adjust the eye to the directions you want. Be careful not to hurt the doll's eyelashes.
